I was thrilled for the opportunity to photograph this amazing luxury condo for Stay Charlottesville. It’s located downtown in the heart of Charlottesville with floor to ceiling windows and great views of the city!

The custom kitchen cabinetry and counter design is gorgeous. Of course they have a Wolf Stove and Sub Zero refrigerator!

The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors that can open up on a nice day to bring the outside in. This whole place has a perfect modern mix of neutral grey and wood touches.

I love how this modern staircase with white pine spans three stories right in the center of the unit. Gorgeous!

As you can see the majority of this condo has windows on every side, however they have voice activated privacy shades that come down from the ceiling. Yes please!

The railroad track runs parallel to this guest suite. What a view that would be to have a front row seat, or bed, to watch the passing train!
